Prices, Payment and Delivery
Once we receive the order description from you, we will estimate the time and the price of the project and will contact you back within 24 hours. This may take longer if we need to clarify certain details or ask you any follow up questions.
Any custom design work is priced at $50/hour.

Price and execution time
Payments
Accepted payment methods: wire transfer, Zelle, Venmo or Paypal. A prepayment of 50% is required to start working on your project.
Upon completion, you will receive an email notification and, if necessary, preliminary files (for example: photos of drawings or finished products) confirming that the job was completed. After the final payment is submitted, you will receive a google drive link with the unlocked files.
Providing the results of the work
After full payment of the order
- Designs are shared via Google Drive link;
- Physical products are mailed via the shipping company of your choice with the speed that you prefer. The shipping fee will be included in your final invoice. You can also pick it up from our wearhouse in Oakland for free.
